Every Gift Gives Hope
Thoughtful gifts and pet essentials helping rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals across Ireland
For anyone who has ever loved an animal, the small things can carry a lot of meaning: a toy, a warm bed, a safe place to heal, a second chance. The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the National SPCA Shop, was created around that simple connection, turning everyday gifts into support for animals across Ireland.
National SPCA Shop
Based in Ireland, National SPCA Shop is the online shop of the National SPCA, formed when two of Ireland’s longest-serving animal welfare charities, the Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, came together under one national mission. The goal is clear: to prevent cruelty, rescue animals in need, and help create a more compassionate Ireland where animals are protected, cared for, and never forgotten.

In the shop, you’ll find thoughtful gifts for animal lovers, practical pieces for pets, and small keepsakes that make giving feel more personal. The range includes dog and cat toys, treats, accessories, mugs, stationery, candles, gift sets, wedding favours, donation gifts, and the Irish Happy Tails Calendar 2026, which features rescued and rehomed animals photographed by award-winning Irish photographer James Crombie.
What makes National SPCA Shop especially meaningful is where the money goes. Every purchase supports the National SPCA’s work to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome vulnerable animals, with 100% of profits from the shop going directly towards that mission. A gift bought here is not only a present for someone who loves animals. It helps provide care for animals who have been abandoned, mistreated, injured, or simply left without the safety they deserve.
That support reaches many parts of the organisation’s work. Donations help fund rescue services, veterinary care for sick, injured, and cruelly treated animals, spay and neutering programmes, equipment and supplies, education and outreach, and mobile veterinary support. The shop also reflects this work through donation products and practical services, including Trap Neuter Return support for unowned and community cats through the Rathfarnham centre.
Behind the products is a wider national effort. The National SPCA is working to speak with one clear voice for animal welfare in Ireland, strengthening advocacy, supporting adoption, responding to welfare concerns, and building on the experience of both the DSPCA and ISPCA. It is a new chapter with deep roots, shaped by rescue centres, volunteers, foster carers, supporters, and the many people who believe animals deserve protection and dignity.
At its heart, National SPCA Shop shows that kindness can be practical. A calendar, a toy, a mug, or a donation gift may feel small on its own, but together these choices help create safer futures for animals in need. Every purchase becomes part of a larger act of care: one that helps turn hope into food, shelter, veterinary treatment, rehabilitation, and the chance of a loving home.
